TV and Setup

Well I'm becoming more and more of a casual gamer and I'm getting tired of playing on my small 22 inch monitor with headphones. I'm looking for a 40" or so television that's good for gaming. Of course I'm going LCD (LED is too expensive right now) and 120 hZ. They got some good deals on TVs for around $700-$1000 and I am probably going to buy a nice surround sound system with a receiver to plug everything into. I have about $1500 to blow altogether and I'm just looking for suggestions from some people who may have a beast setup already.


Any info is helpful.

Also I might start recording some gameplays for the lesser skilled individuals like Shin and JayP and I'm wondering what setup you guys use to record. I saw you had a HD Card now Shin. Which Capture Card do you have and how is it set up? Also how long does it take to edit and format an HD vid on your computer and what type of computer do you have?

HAHA! Lesser skilled . As far as TVs go, you know I used to be a manager of a TV department at both Circuit City and Best Buy. If you want some help in picking up a SICK setup, let me know.
